Teddy believes every monster has a story. With his glowing heart and never-give-up spirit, he’s on a mission to transform fear into friendship — one adventure at a time.
 

But Teddy wasn’t always the warm, squishy, hug-first bear he is today. He used to have a monster-sized temper — growling, stomping, and scaring off friendships like bees at a picnic. Through kindness, deep bear breaths, and a whole lot of self-reflection, he transformed himself.

Now, he helps other misunderstood “monsters” do the same. Once just a simple teddy bear with a big heart and a bigger belly, Teddy now leads a global kindness crusade. Known for solving arguments with bear hugs and giving pep talks in honey metaphors, he’s the heart of the team — and the only one who drinks chamomile tea with honey like it’s a superpower.
 

He’s proof that the real strength isn’t in being perfect — it’s in being willing to change, grow, and laugh at your own growls.

Teddy once turned a monster’s roar into a giggle — just by offering a hug and a honey sandwich.

“Can I say something?” Yes, yes you can, TJ.
Teddy Jr. (or TJ, as he’s lovingly called) was found alone in the woods — shy, quiet, and clutching a leaf like it was a map. Teddy saw something special in him right away. Both having lost their parents, they became fast friends, bonded by heartache, healing, and honey sandwiches.
 

Though he’s the smallest member of the crew, TJ is often the wisest. His endless curiosity and gentle questions have a magical way of helping monsters open up — and helping the team see things in a new light.
 

He’s also the unofficial nap captain, glitter enthusiast, and the only one who thinks broccoli is a top-tier snack… with honey on top.

Fun Fact: TJ once built a monster-detector out of a flashlight, a shoelace, and four gummy bears. It worked — mostly because the monsters wanted to eat the gummy bears.

Gloria BunBun bounces through life like every day is a confetti cannon of possibility. Born somewhere between a cotton field and a cupcake shop, she brings Southern sweetness, quick wit, and endless optimism to the team.
She’s Teddy’s right-hand bunny — offering support, pep talks, and maybe the occasional loving eye-roll when he gets too serious.

Gloria might come off as sugar and sunshine, but don’t let the twirls fool you: she’s sharp as a carrot peeler and brave enough to face any monster (especially if there’s glitter involved).
 

A graceful dancer with dreams of Broadway, she still trips more than she twirls — mostly because of those adorably oversized bunny feet. Still, she always gets back up with a giggle and a curtsy.
 

She believes everyone deserves to be seen, loved, and celebrated — even the cranky ones.

Fun Fact: Once calmed a panicked swamp monster by teaching him how to line dance. He now runs a weekly class called “Two-Step to Transformation.”

Frankenscary wasn’t always the laugh-loving, one-legged-spinning, accordion-playing legend he is today. In fact, he used to be terrifying. Stitched together from all sorts of body parts — a wise professor’s brain, a clown’s heart, a dancer’s leg, and an arm he bought online (wrong size, of course) — Frankenscary was mocked, not marveled.

People didn’t laugh at his jokes — they laughed at him. That made him furious… so furious he gave up on being funny and tried to be scary instead. But deep down, he didn’t want to scare anyone. He just wanted to be accepted and make people laugh.

With Teddy’s help, Frankenscary transformed his anger into comedy and now uses his accordion and wit to bring joy instead of fear.

Today, he’s proud to be the first monster transformed by Teddy — and possibly the only one who can crack a joke while spinning like a ballerina on one leg.

Fun Fact:
Frankenscary’s leg once belonged to the famous dancer Mrs. Graham Cracker — which explains why he randomly pirouettes while telling jokes (and playing polka music on his accordion).
